Real Estate | A holiday surprise, homes can sell; here is how to do it | Seattle Times Newspaper

Interesting article from the Seattle Times countering the myth about not selling your home during the holidays. The reality: Many people do not want to be bothered by home shoppers during the busy holiday season, so they pull their home off the market or wait to list after the holidays. This is a potential benefit as less inventory means less competition. On the other hand, fewer buyers. I suppose it depends on your comfort level, but if you're willing to make the sacrifice...it could pay off.
