Down from 47 last week, there are 28 bank-owned homes for sale this week in the greater Pierce County area. This is the third straight week with a decline in bank-owned postings; a sign of recovery? Perhaps a sign that banks have caught up on the holiday "lay off" where banks gave buyers a break without foreclosures during the holiday season.
