Okay, only 7 Tacoma foreclosures this week. A sign of the times? Kind of. This week, the Northwest Multiple Listing Service NWMLS changed platforms and disabled many functions. The reason for so few listings this week ...I think the reality is that agents were scared of losing lising input information and the NWMLS essentially posted warnings of this. A fluke week? We will see.
