Friday Foreclosure List for Pierce County, WA including Tacoma, Gig Harbor, Puyallup, bank owned homes 5.14.2010
Wow...what a week! There are 124 foreclosures included in this list which makes it a comprehensive list of all Pierce County bank owned homes. Attention real estate investors! Lots of deals and no competition as most all first-home buyers purchased this last month beating the tax deadline. Additonally, the NWMLS just switched paltforms and real estate agents are struggling to deal with a system that was prematurely released!!! There's no telling whether or not clients are receiving the appropriate emails and some clients were wiped out completely never migrating to the new system. Real estate agents are beside themeselves!
